Sophomore Ivan Rabb scored 24 points and grabbed 13 rebounds for Bishop O’Dowd (15-3) in a 80-71 win over Sacramento (13-7), writes Stephanie Hammon.
Rabb: “We just kept grinding. When our starters needed a rest, our bench kept us in the game big time.”
Coach Lou Richie: “Too many turnovers,” Richie said. “Too many mistakes. Not enough defensive rebounds. But a very good win.”
Juwan Anderson, who is an underrated clutch player, scored all 11 of his points in the second half and Russell Davis tallied 15.
