CONCORD, CA – The De La Salle Spartans (1-0) took on Mullen-Denver, Colo. (1-0), their first opponent ever from Colorado, and came away with a win 30-13. After a close first half, the Spartans made adjustments and took control on both sides of the line, especially flustering the Mustangs’ QB Gasper Dominici.
Next week De La Salle heads to Stockton to take on ST. Mary’s.
